After the collapse of CNN+, MSNBC is testing one of their worst rated shows on MySpace
NEW YORK, NY – MSNBC will be transitioning Chuck Todd and his show Meet the Press to MySpace to save money and avoid the same mistake CNN did with their streaming service. Sources say this Is to make room for White House press secretary Jen Psaki’s new show called Lying is Lucrative.
MSNBC struggled with which show to move when making the decision. It came down to Chuck’s show and Joy Reid’s the Reid Out. Both carry similar ratings which largely consist of the host's friends and family. The deciding factor to go with Chuck’s show was the favored time slot and Chuck’s prior success on MySpace and bulletin boards in the late nineties.
